REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

Position reports to : Branch Manager

Positions supervised : 0

ROLE SUMMARY

Performs all types of facial treatments. To provide and maintain the highest standard of services, recommendations for client homecare, daily operational procedures and overall excellent client care, resulting in repeat client visits and increased sales.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

To be a team player to ensure the highest possible standards of service delivery.

Be welcoming, friendly, professional and tactful in all communications with clients.

Be discreet, do not talk about yourself neither draw too much attention to your own life situation. Use the "It's not about you, it's all about them" philosophy.

Communicate in English at all times. No native language to be spoken with your colleagues in case the client doesn't speak that particular language.

Perform full consultation with skin analysis with the clients to understand their skin condition and needs.

Complete consultation sheet for all new client.

Discuss with client the various treatment options and the costs.

Use the Waiver in case the client insists you to perform a service you recommend her not to have.

Responsible for serving clients in an appropriate and professional manner, understanding the client needs and making sure of client satisfaction.

Discuss the client's required next visit and inform reception about the same.

Be punctual, be prepared in advance for each treatment and ensure the specified treatment time is adhered to.

Ensure that product usage is kept to manufactures specification and not used in excess.

Educating the client and recommending products suitable for their skin type or skin condition.

Keep up to date with latest trends and treatments by attending technical training sessions, beauty seminars and reviewing trade publications.

Maintain clients' records for future reference in terms of preferred and recommended treatments.

Ensure that personal grooming and appearance standards are maintained at all times.

Be on time for shifts and prompt with each appointment.

Be flexible with schedules in an attempt to support the needs of the salon.

Assist in purchase orders.

Maintain and update equipment, products, services and standards as required.

Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating clients in these areas.

Actively promote the products, services, promotions and/or discounts available in meeting maximum retail sales goals.

Maintain an active profile on social media to increase visibility of salon, increase awareness of your talent, stay abreast of latest trends and increase following.

Social media status should mention the salon name and state that you are employed by us.

Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as per policies and procedures.

Perform prep work and properly clean and restock work area as required.

Communicate to Management all occurrences involving staff or clients in the salon that require attention.

Handle clients' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.

Maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times.

Ensure you read the Standard Operations Manual, have a thorough understanding of and adhere to the rules and regulations.

Perform any other related duties as determined necessary by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Beauty Therapy is a plus.

Appropriate training on different skin care brands.

Minimum of 5 years' experience as Facial Therapist.

Available to work on various schedules including weekends and holidays.

Physical mobility (able to stand on feet for a prolonged period of time).

Excellent communication skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• beauty therapist license (Preferred)
