We are seeking an experienced and passionate Skincare Specialist (Facialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of skincare products and treatments, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to educate clients on proper skincare routines. As a Skincare Specialist, you will provide facial treatments, recommend skincare products, and ensure a relaxing and satisfying experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to determine clients' needs.
Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, and facial massage.
Recommend appropriate skincare products and regimens based on individual client needs.
Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to enhance and maintain results.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques.
Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling skincare products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Skincare Specialist, Facialist, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
Proficiency in performing a variety of facial treatments.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to stay up to date with skincare trends and advancements.
Certification in cosmetology or a related field is preferred.
State licensure as required by local regulations.
