With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty or wellness industry, you will use your expertise to deliver personalized skincare solutions and promote the health and beauty of our clients\' skin. Key Responsibilities: 1. Facial Treatments: Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, masking, and moisturizing, tailored to clients\' specific skin types and concerns. Utilize advanced skincare techniques and professional-grade products to achieve optimal results. 2. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to understand clients\' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and home care routines. Educate clients on skincare best practices and provide personalized advice for maintaining healthy skin. 3. Product Knowledge and Sales: Stay updated on the latest skincare products and technologies to provide informed recommendations. Promote and sell skincare products used during treatments, ensuring clients have access to high-quality products for home care. 4. Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols. Ensure all equipment and tools are sterilized and in proper working condition. 5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facial Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry. Professional certification or diploma in aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of facial treatments, skin types, and skincare products. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
