DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly skilled Facades engineer to oversee the design, construction and installation of Facades packages on a prestigious Cultural project.Duties:
\xe2\x80\x93 Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
\xe2\x80\x93 Be part of Contractor\'s on site Facades execution team.
\xe2\x80\x93 Check and manage all sub-contractor\'s work.
\xe2\x80\x93 Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop and implement quality control programs.
\xe2\x80\x93 Take actions to deal with the results of delays at construction site.
\xe2\x80\x93 Liaise with supervisory personnel and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.Requirements:Minimum 10 years Facades experience with at least 3 years in the UAE working for a Tier 1 Building Contractor or reputable Facades Sub Contractors.Major/Complex project experience preferred.Willing to commute or reside in Abu Dhabi.Strong English writing/communication skills preferred.If you feel the above is of interest and your experience would be suitable, then please send your updated CV to m.cotgrave@nsrassociates.com for further consideration.
