Job Description
Position Title: Facade Project ManagerEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A well-known aluminum and glazing fabrication company in the UAE. :
- Study contract agreement, job specifications, drawings & BOQ to determine appropriate construction methods and prepare/submit project progress reports, or project tracking reports.
- Coordinate with design/technical department for the shop drawings, structural calculation and material submittal.
- Shop drawings and materials approval follow\xe2\x80\x90up with client/consultant/main contractor
- Coordinate on\xe2\x80\x90site activities according to project\xe2\x80\x99s plan while ensuring compliance with safety regulations /laws, environmental standards
- Confer with sub\xe2\x80\x90contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems
