Facade Project Engineer (High-Rise Buildings Construction)

Project Location: Al Kifaf Area, Dubai

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facade Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. You will play a key role in the design, execution, and successful completion of complex facade projects for high-rise buildings. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of Dubai's most prestigious developments and contribute to shaping the city's skyline.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors on the design, development, and implementation of high-rise building facades.
• Review and analyze facade system shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
• Prepare technical documentation, including material submittals, facade details, and construction methodologies.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor facade installation progress, and identify and resolve any technical issues.
• Manage and coordinate facade subcontractors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in facade design and construction.
• Contribute to project budgeting and cost control for facade elements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Facade Engineer, preferably in Dubai.
• Extensive experience with high-rise building facade systems (e.g., curtain walls, cladding panels, precast concrete).
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations relevant to facades in the UAE.
• Proficiency in facade design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, Arabic a plus.
