Job Title: Facade Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of facade designers and engineers to develop cutting-edge facade solutions that exceed client expectations and industry standards.
• Project Management: Manage multiple facade design projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to detailed design and construction documentation, while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects, clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, resolve design challenges, and integrate innovative technologies and materials into our facade systems.
• Technical Expertise: Apply your expertise in facade engineering, material science, structural analysis, and building physics to optimize the performance, durability, and environmental sustainability of our facade solutions.
• Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the facade design team by researching emerging trends, technologies, and materials, and incorporating them into our product development roadmap.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of facade design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and performance simulations, to meet regulatory requirements and exceed client expectations.
• Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise, design recommendations, and project updates throughout the design and construction phases.
• Training and Development: Mentor and coach junior members of the facade design team, fostering their professional growth and empowering them to contribute to the success of our projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 08-15 years of experience in facade design and engineering, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects of varying scales and complexities.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and facade design tools (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo).
• Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, manufacturing processes, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations governing facade design and construction.
• Passion for design innovation, sustainability, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in facade architecture and engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
