Job Description

We are seeking experienced FACADE BIM Modelers to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 5 YEARS of relevant experience in the field. We are specifically looking for candidates who can join us immediately .

Responsibilities:

• BIM Modeling : Creating detailed 3D models of building facades using BIM software.
• Integration with Architectural Design : Collaborating closely with architects and other stakeholders to integrate facade design into the overall BIM model of the building. Ensuring that the facade design aligns with architectural intent and meets design specifications.
• Parametric Modeling : Developing parametric models of facade components to facilitate design variations, optimization, and performance analysis (such as energy efficiency, daylighting, thermal analysis).
• Detailing and Documentation : Generating detailed drawings, diagrams, and schedules derived from the BIM model. This includes facade plans, sections, elevations, and details that are used for construction and installation.
• Coordination with Engineers and Consultants : Working with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers, and other consultants to coordinate the design and integration of facade systems with other building systems.
• Material and System Selection : Assisting in the selection of facade materials and systems based on performance criteria, aesthetic considerations, sustainability goals, and budget constraints.
• Clash Detection and Resolution : Conducting clash detection analyses within the BIM model to identify and resolve conflicts between facade components and other building elements (such as structure, MEP systems).
• Performance Analysis : Utilizing BIM tools for performance analysis of the facade, including thermal analysis, daylighting studies, and acoustic performance assessments.
• Quality Control : Ensuring the accuracy and quality of BIM models and associated documentation. Performing regular reviews and checks to verify compliance with design standards, building codes, and project requirements.
• Collaboration and Communication : Facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members through BIM coordination meetings and model reviews. Ensuring that all stakeholders have access to updated BIM information.
• Training and Support : Providing training and support to project team members on BIM tools and workflows related to facade modeling and coordination.
• Continuous Improvement : Staying updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in BIM for facades. Continuously improving BIM workflows and methodologies to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
