Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team, specializing in facade and building cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the cleaning and maintenance industry in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads for facade and building cleaning services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including property managers, facility managers, and building owners. Conduct site visits and assessments to provide accurate service quotations. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in facade cleaning, building maintenance, or related services. Strong network of contacts in the property management and real estate sector. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driver's license preferred. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
