Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Fabricator

to join our team, specializing in the construction and installation of

garden structural works

such as hydroponic structural works, trellises and custom metal or wooden garden and agricultural structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in metalworking, carpentry, or welding and will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing outdoor structures to enhance garden landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication & Assembly:

Read technical drawings and design plans to create garden structures. Cut, shape, and weld metal components (MS, GI, SS, etc.) as per specifications. Work with wood, composites, and other materials to construct garden features. Assemble fabricated parts and ensure high-quality finishes.

Installation & On-Site Work:

Transport and install fabricated structures in gardens and outdoor spaces..

Equipment & Safety:

Operate hand tools, welding equipment, saws, and other machinery safely and efficiently. Follow safety regulations and guidelines to prevent workplace hazards. Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.

Quality Control & Finishing:

Inspect completed structures for durability, stability, and aesthetics. Apply coatings, paints, or protective finishes to prevent weather damage. Ensure all fabricated items meet client specifications and industry standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

fabricator, metalworker, welder, or carpenter

, preferably in outdoor or garden structural works. Proficiency in welding, cutting, grinding, and shaping metal or wood. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs. Strong understanding of materials such as steel, aluminum, wood, and composites. Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license (preferred) for site visits and installations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in welding, metal fabrication, or carpentry. Familiarity with garden design principles and landscaping integration.

Work Environment:

Workshop-based with frequent outdoor site visits for installations. Hands-on, physically demanding role requiring lifting, bending, and climbing. Collaboration with landscape architects, designers, and construction teams.
