We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Fabricator Designer to join our offroad garage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and guiding the fabrication of custom offroad vehicle parts and modifications. The role requires expertise in using industry-standard design software and strong leadership abilities to manage and oversee the fabrication team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development
• Create detailed designs for custom offroad vehicle parts and accessories using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Develop fabrication blueprints and technical drawings for complex offroad projects.
• Ensure designs meet safety, durability, and performance standards specific to offroad vehicles.
• Fabrication Leadership
• Supervise and guide the fabrication team during the production and assembly process.
• Provide hands-on support and technical advice to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee workflow, timelines, and resource allocation for fabrication projects.
• Quality Assurance
• Perform inspections to ensure all fabricated products align with original designs and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the fabrication and assembly process
• Requirements
• Proven experience (3+ years) in offroad vehicle fabrication and design.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar).
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, materials, and tools specific to offroad vehicles.
• Familiarity with welding, metalworking, and CNC machining processes.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Other Requirements
• Passion for offroad vehicles and customization.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
