Fabrication Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: . Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents related to steel structures. . Supervise and inspect the fabrication process to ensure adherence to approved drawings and industry standards. . Ensure all fabrication procedures are followed, including material preparation, welding, assembly, and finishing. . Perform dimensional checks and cross-verify ready products against design specifications and quality standards. . Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control documentation. . Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to resolve any quality-related issues. . Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices to enhance product quality. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. . 5 to 10 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in steel structures fabrication. . Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents. . Solid understanding of steel fabrication processes, welding techniques, and industry standards. . Knowledge of quality assurance/quality control standards and procedures. . Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. .
