We are seeking a highly skilled Master Cutter cum InCharge with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with meticulous attention to detail, capable of contributing significantly to our company\'s success. Work Location -Umm Al Quwain Responsibilities: Actively engage in fabric cutting, ensuring precision and accuracy in accordance with design specifications. Develop and design cutting patterns, ensuring quality and compliance with production standards. Prepare materials for sewing, monitor equipment condition, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace, adhering to safety protocols and preventing material damage. Troubleshoot machine issues and promptly address any defects or malfunctions. Complete necessary documentation and inform management of any work-related issues or material requirements. Conduct training sessions and internships for new workshop employees, ensuring they understand cutting techniques and safety procedures. Adhere to all duties outlined in the job description, complying with production regulations and preventing safety violations. Implement measures to prevent safety violations and ensure compliance with labor discipline. Accurately report on the completion status of work orders and directives from enterprise management. Qualifications: 4-5+ years of experience in the industry, with a focus on fabric cutting. Demonstrated ability to develop and design cutting patterns, ensuring quality and compliance. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train and mentor new employees. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a production environment. Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.
