Job Description

: We are currently seeking a talented Fa\xc3\xa7ade Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fa\xc3\xa7ade work, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. A Diploma or Engineering Degree is required for this position. Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed surveys and assessments of building fa\xc3\xa7ades, focusing on metal doors and windows installations.
Identify and document any structural issues, defects, or areas requiring repair or maintenance.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop effective solutions and recommendations.
Prepare comprehensive reports and drawings detailing survey findings and proposed actions.
Perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the installation process.
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to fa\xc3\xa7ade construction and installation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fa\xc3\xa7ade work, with a focus on metal doors and windows installations.
Diploma or Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural principles.
Proficiency in surveying methods, tools, and software.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
