Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements.
• Perform material take-offs and quantify required materials for facade construction.
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with sales team, project managers and clients to understand project scope and requirements.
• Provide detailed and timely cost estimates for facade construction projects.
• Evaluate and recommend cost-saving measures and alternative materials or methods.
• Maintain accurate records of project estimates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an estimator in the facade construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
