Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FACADE Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the field. We are specifically looking for candidates who can join us immediately .

• Drafting and Designing : Creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building facades based on architectural designs and specifications.
• Understanding Architectural Designs : Interpreting and understanding architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications related to the facade of buildings.
• Material Selection and Specifications : Recommending appropriate materials for the facade based on aesthetic, structural, and budgetary considerations.
• Coordination with Architects and Engineers : Collaborating closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure that the facade design aligns with the overall architectural vision and meets structural requirements.
• Technical Expertise : Having a solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to facade construction and design. Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Detailing and Documentation : Creating detailed documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, for the construction and installation of the facade.
• Problem Solving : Addressing design issues and challenges that may arise during the construction phase, offering solutions that maintain the integrity of the facade design while addressing practical considerations.
• Quality Control : Conducting quality checks and inspections to ensure that fabricated facade components meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Project Management Support : Assisting in project management tasks related to the facade design and construction phase, such as cost estimation, scheduling, and procurement of materials.
• Continuous Learning and Development : Staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in facade design and construction practices to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
