What you will be doing:

\xc2\xa7 Handles all reservations including taking the reservation by telephone or directly from guests, records the reservations thoroughly, keep the reservation book in good conditions, places the reserved cards and all other reservation concerned matters.

\xc2\xa7 Is responsible for the flowers, newspaper and magazines of the Outlet including the quality and delivery.

\xc2\xa7 Personally involves in her Outlet\xe2\x80\x99s promotions and marketing activities.

\xc2\xa7 Is aware of all promotions and activities of F&B and other Departments.

\xc2\xa7 Greets, asks for reservation, escorts and seats the guests by creating the first positive impression of the Outlet.

\xc2\xa7 Interacts with the guests when suitable and possible within her limits.

\xc2\xa7 To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.

\xc2\xa7 To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.

\xc2\xa7 To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.

\xc2\xa7 To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.

\xc2\xa7 To assist the Food and Beverage Director in any task outlined/detailed.

\xc2\xa7 To take time and get to know the guests, and to be committed to service excellence.

\xc2\xa7 To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests satisfaction.

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to work both fast and accurately
• Availability to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings
• Flexibility to take on various shifts
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus
