What you will be doing:
Monitor & ensure F&B service operations are running smoothly while providing exceptional service
Supervise the F&B attendants to ensure the guests receive quality service
Maintain restaurant premises is in neat and orderly condition at all times
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest\xe2\x80\x99s experience through up-selling
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential
2-3 years of work experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Excellent guest service skill
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
