Job Title: Senior Food and Beverage Management Location: Middle East Industry: Luxury Hospitality Salary: up to 15,000 per month We are seeking experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Heads of Departments to lead the F and B operations for a prestigious hospitality group in the Middle East. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, or high:end resorts, with a passion for delivering world:class culinary experiences. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic F and B plans to enhance guest experience and revenue. * Lead and mentor a diverse team, ensuring exceptional service standards. * Oversee restaurant, bar, banqueting, and catering operations, optimizing efficiency and profitability. * Work closely with culinary teams to maintain menu innovation and quality. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the department. * Implement trends and best practices to elevate F and B offerings. Requirements * Minimum 5:10 years of leadership experience in F and B * Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or resort operations in Europe is a must * Exceptional leadership, communication, and team:building skills. * Ability to drive innovation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. * Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
