Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and attention to detail.
- Assess client's natural lashes and provide expert advice on the suitable lash style and length.
- Utilize a range of techniques to apply individual eyelash extensions, including classic, volume, and hybrid.
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the lash application process.
- Conduct lash fills, removals, and touch-ups as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, sterilize tools, and follow proper sanitation protocols.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Eyelash Technician.
- Must be licensed through the state of Connecticut.
- Proficient in both classic and volume lash applications.
- Strong understanding of eyelash health and safety.
- Excellent eye for detail and precision in lash application.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base.
- Reliable and punctual, with a professional work ethic.
- Certification or training in eyelash extensions is highly desirable.
