Job Description

Skincare Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skin type, concerns, and goals.
Analyze the client's skin condition and recommend suitable treatments and skincare regimens.

Facial Treatments: Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, extractions, masks, and moisturizing, tailored to the client's needs.
Administer specialized treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy as appropriate.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest skincare products and technologies.
Recommend and use high-quality skincare products in treatments, and educate clients about at-home skincare routines.

Massage and Relaxation Techniques: Incorporate facial massages and relaxation techniques into treatments to enhance the client's experience and promote skin health.

Sanitation and Hygiene: Strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Properly sterilize and maintain all tools and equipment.

Client Education:Educate clients about skincare best practices and the benefits of different treatments.
Offer personalized skincare advice and product recommendations.

Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client profiles and treatment histories.

Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell skincare products, both in-salon and for at-home use.
Upsell additional treatments or services as appropriate.

Continuing Education: Stay updated on industry trends, new skincare techniques, and product innovations through training and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Experience / Valid license in the relevant state or region.
• Proven experience as an Esthetician, preferably in a salon setting.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and assess skin conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
