Planning and Delivery:
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that enhance students' learning and personal development in areas such as arts, sports, music, drama, leadership, community service, and other areas of interest.
Ensure that ECA programs are well-organized, safe, and run smoothly, aligning with the school's objectives and values.
Develop and implement structured lesson plans and activities that cater to students' needs and interests.
Student Engagement and Support:
Actively engage students in extracurricular activities, motivating them to participate and make the most of the opportunity.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel welcome and encouraged to participate.
Monitor students' progress, provide feedback, and offer support when necessary, helping them to grow their skills and confidence.
Event Coordination:
Organize and manage events, competitions, performances, and exhibitions related to the ECA program.
Ensure that students are prepared for performances, tournaments, or competitions, and provide appropriate guidance for preparation.
Coordinate with parents, other staff members, and external organizations (if applicable) to ensure events run smoothly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Physical Education, Arts, Music, or a related field (depending on the type of activity taught).
Additional certifications or training in specific extra-curricular activities (e.g., coaching, music, drama, arts) are a plus.
