Help with the implementation of the organization's external communication strategy and devise an annual external communication plan to ensure that the organization communicates messages and announcements reflecting the brand. Help with the implementation of Crisis Communication plans by ensuring that the team communicates the right messages to the external stakeholders in case of disasters/emergencies/crises in line with set policies. Prepare the translation of communication plans into content development plans and activities, in line with the various headlines and topics to be communicated with external stakeholders. Maintain positive relationships with the media and effectively communicate with journalists and media outlets to promote organization messages and handle public inquiries. Help with the liaison with the Stakeholder Management function to align on the type and frequency of communications and messaging with external stakeholders (e.g., partners) as well as on the content. Ensure that the team liaises with the Marketing function to transform content into compelling images and share content on social media platforms according to plans. Help with external communication trends and initiatives and implement those as needed within the function, seeking guidance from the Head of Communications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in External Communications and Events Management.
