Minimum bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Business Administration,
Experience in Sales and Customer/ Business Development in Construction or related industry in Middle East and West Africa markets and License Agreement markets.
Experience- 3-5 years in GCC + African market
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing and implement them with the customers in specific markets and liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments for fulfilment of sales cycle
To manage existing set of customers in the Middle East region
Write proposals and business plans, communication for securing business opportunities in the Export region - Middle East and West Africa
Generate sales for the company according to selected target areas and budget
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients to understand their needs and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
To prospect customers, initiate first communication and try to convert for all Export countries or any country in our region outside UAE
Responsible for the turnover and profitability of the markets
Develop and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with customers
Ensure successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specifications Write communication to customers in Arabic, English and French
Manage complaints and conflicts with clients effectively and listen to clients to gain an understanding of their needs
Maintain business with existing customers by bringing orders, executing them from start to end in effective manner
Internal coordination with Customer service, Finance, Logistic and other departments to maintain smooth servicing of customers
Offer sales support to customers to maintain repeatability of business.
