Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our CIS Region market presence, managing export sales operations, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets, trends, and customer needs.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective export sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions with international clients to ensure profitable deals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insights for business growth.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, and monitor performance against targets.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of international trade and export regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
