Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with a proven track record in the lubricant industry. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, determined to succeed, and eager to earn more by achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of high-quality lubricants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and potential clients in the lubricant sector.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular client visits to assess needs, present products, and close deals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns professionally.
- Stay up to date with market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, particularly in the lubricant industry.
- Strong target orientation with the ability to work under pressure.
- Determination to achieve success and a high level of self-motivation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
