Job description:
• Regularly communicate with export customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers based on their requirements.
• Process and manage Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from customers.
• Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Handle all export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Manage sales contracts and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• sales support and customer relations: 2 years (Preferred)
