Languages Required: French, Arabic, and English Export Sales for MENA COUNTRIES : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Distribution Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales and logistics, with the ability to communicate fluently in French, Arabic, and English. This role will focus on managing and expanding our international sales distribution network, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining excellent relationships with our global clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage Export Sales Distribution: Develop and implement effective export sales distribution strategies to achieve company sales targets. Coordinate with international distributors and partners to ensure smooth sales operations and product delivery. Identify and establish new distribution channels in targeted international markets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, and product information. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to make data-driven decisions. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Develop and execute plans to improve sales performance in underperforming regions. Logistics and Compliance: Coordinate with logistics and shipping companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export documentation. Resolve any logistical issues and handle discrepancies in shipments. Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for international markets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales tools. Participate in international trade shows and sales events to promote products and expand the customer base. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in International Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales and distribution. Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is required. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
