As the Export Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the export sales operations of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and support the export sales team in managing international accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, and fostering strong relationships with our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing and Coordination:
• Receive and process export orders from international clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with various internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of all export transactions and ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients to maximize sales revenue.
• Market Analysis and Research:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscapes in international markets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to formulate strategic recommendations for expanding our global market presence.
• Sales Support and Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against sales targets and objectives.
• Assist the export sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for international clients.
• Coordinate with external partners such as distributors and agents to support sales efforts in target markets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in export sales coordination, preferably within the hygiene dispenser, chemical, or air care industry.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and export documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous, particularly Spanish, French, or Mandarin.
