Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share Identify and target new customers and markets for our products.
- Developing a route to market for its produce locally, regionally, and globally,
- Delivering material exports volumes into all recognized oyster import markets, within a tight timeframe,
- Building and maintaining strong long-lasting customer relationships with existing and new customers.
- Reporting on forces and legal issues that may shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts,
- Developing policies and objectives.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the line manager.
- Participate in marketing and trade activities, utilise experienced and seasoned sales perspective to recommend new changes/in marketing approaches.
- Provide support and advice to customers, as well as training and mentoring staff.,
- Monitor the sales points to achieve company turnover and profit expectation.
- Visit key staff levels, performance, and morale.
- Deliver a high standard of leadership skills.
- Ensure to maintain and improve on product knowledge.
- Forward planning and post review all deal situations to ensure maximum effect and future potential gains.
- Weekly sales review with the line manager.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Work with internal team, provide information for and/or develop sales quotes.
- Effectively work a value-added selling process, including penetrating the account at all levels, developing appropriate relationships, and understanding all player\xe2\x80\x99s roles within the account
- Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy, challenges, and opportunities to drive meaningful conversations and values for all stakeholders.
- Other tasks deemed appropriate by the Manager.
