Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in the Saudi, Gulf, and African FMCG markets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both B2B sales and export and local markets, driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the FMCG sector in the Saudi, Gulf, and African markets.
• Tailor sales approaches based on local market needs, regulations, and consumer preferences.
• Drive B2B sales initiatives to secure partnerships, distributors, and other key stakeholders for both export and local markets.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, strategizing, and execution of sales plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners in the Gulf and African regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, supply chain) to ensure smooth product flow and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns effectively.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
• Oversee the preparation of necessary documentation for exports, including permits, licenses, and customs clearance.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of sales experience in Dubai FMCG industry, with specific expertise in the Saudi, Gulf, and African markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bengali, Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required.
