Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives within the chemical industry.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for company products.
• Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to devise effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
• Proven experience of 10 - 15 years in chemical industry in UAE or GCC market.
• Strong technical knowledge of chemical products and applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
