- Develop and manage client relationships to drive business growth and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (risk, legal, compliance, finance) to ensure smooth execution of export financing activities.
- Engage with external stakeholders (banks, insurers, trade finance institutions) to expand financing solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting export financing.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and objectives for export financing.
- Regularly communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on financing applications.
- Resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on the performance of export financing transactions against set KPIs.
- Track and report on key metrics related to client satisfaction, transaction success rates, and risk exposure.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients from a business line perspective and export transactions, analyzing financial statements, market conditions, and creditworthiness.
- Prepare and present credit memos and recommendations.
- Assist in drafting export financing proposals, including terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Ensure all documentation meets policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to finalize agreements.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the Head of Export Financing
