Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation of export documentation, handling coordination with various stakeholders such as banks, customers, suppliers, and shipping companies, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Prepare and maintain export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin (COO), proforma invoices, order forms, sales confirmations, and other required shipping documents.xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and customs requirements for smooth export and import procedures.xc2xb7 Handle the preparation of Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and ensure timely submission to banks and other stakeholders.xc2xb7 Coordinate with banks, customers, suppliers, and shipping companies to ensure all export documentation is accurately prepared and submitted.xc2xb7 Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties to ensure all documentation meets customer and regulatory requirements.xc2xb7 Liaise with customs authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies in shipping documentation. o Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.xc2xb7 Work closely with logistics teams to ensure that shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. o Maintain accurate records of all export and import transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.xc2xb7 Organize and file all shipping and export-related documentation for future reference and audit purposes. o Address and resolve any issues related to export and import documentation, shipments, or payments.xc2xb7 Handle discrepancies in export invoices, shipping documents, and other related paperwork.Requirements:xc2xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.xc2xb7 Proven experience in export documentation, preferably in a similar role Minimum of 2 years.xc2xb7 Strong knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC), invoices, packing lists, proforma invoices, order forms, and sales confirmations.xc2xb7 Familiarity with banking procedures related to exports, including LC handling and payment processes.xc2xb7 Strong communication and negotiation skills.xc2xb7 Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.xc2xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).xc2xb7 Experience with export documentation management software is a plus.xc2xb7 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. o Strong multitasking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.xc2xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effective
