Export Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for Female Export Sales Cordinator for Export Division. The ideal candidate must have experience in the similar role minimum of two to three years. Job responsibilities are including but not limited to End to End process of Sales Cordination , preparation of Export Documenation, Cordination with the clients and production department for the follow up of orders
• Issue and submit documentation to ensure proper exportation of client FCL and/or LCL shipments.
• Coordinate and communicate with freight forwarders to facilitate movement of freight for overseas transportation to ensure timely shipment and clearance.
• Coordinate and determine cost-effective, efficient, competitive method of transportation, and consolidation with freight forwarders to execute the business.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. UK & GCC, import/export policies, procedures and regulations for proper classification, free-trade agreements, documentation and recordkeeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
