Expert Planning & Reporting

Missions :

· Responsible for internal standard reporting, planning and steering on WSD level · Steers and coordinates global planning process across all functional areas and ensures timely execution · Collects and consolidates investment demand of all projects in WSD and prepares overview for WSD Board for final investment budget allocation · Checks and evaluates overall investment strategy (e.g. lease or buy) and sets up a standard process for handling government grants · Checks and validates personnel costs and inflation rate based on input of HR department · Moderates and communicates potential planning restrictions and reduction requirements and setup countermeasures together with other C-level Controlling · Collects and aggregates final budget planning figures of all CEO and CFO organizational units · Collects and consolidates overall CEO and CFO investment demands after final alignment between CEO, CFO and respective CEO/CFO department head (e.g. IT, Accounting) · Checks and validates final CEO and CFO budget figures · Executes internal standard reporting on WSD level regarding main KPIs · Coordinates and consolidates data input of relevant organizational units for ad-hoc reporting, required by CEO and CFO · Monitors and analysis the overall WSD business performance (internal steering view) · Checks and validates customer and internal project portfolio regarding overall cash demand on WSD level Competencies:
