About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Expert Marketing Team as an Expert Engagement Partner (Product Specialist) intern. This field-based role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and contribute to the growth of our product recommendations. You will gain hands-on experience in sales presentations, customer relationship management, and market insights, working alongside experienced professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:• Customer Engagement:
+ Maintain and expand reach to Health Care Professionals (HCPs), including doctors and chemists.
+ Deliver superior sales presentations, fully planning each call with specific objectives, maintaining customer interest, handling objections, and communicating product features as customer benefits.
+ Integrate product knowledge into informative dialogues that provide customers with an insightful perspective.
• Sales and Service:
+ Proactively seek out opportunities to increase the customer base while providing superior service to current customers.
+ Maintain and increase knowledge of products, diseases, competitors, and selling skills for prescription generation.
• Product Knowledge and Strategy:
+ Enhance knowledge of Haleon products, strategies, positioning, and key competitor plans.
+ Understand how patients and HCPs navigate the healthcare system and integrate these insights into customer dialogues.
+ Execute the HCP engagement plan in your territory.
• Networking and Relationship Building:
+ Build and maintain a network of health care professionals to grow recommendations of the product mix.
+ Collaborate with others and develop effective relationships to create new ideas and achieve the best results.
• Administrative and Reporting:
+ Ensure accurate and timely completion of all reports and maintenance of territory records.
+ Handle enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally in line with company procedures.
• Contribution to Business Goals:
+ Ensure your work contributes to the goals of the business and use your judgment to influence decisions.
+ Identify the best solutions for the business by working with people both inside and outside the organization.
+ Contribute to a positive working environment by bringing energy and commitment.

Eligibility Criteria:• Pharmaceutical Degree
• Valid UAE Residency
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using detailing materials (literature, brochures, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
