Job SummaryThe Experiential Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing creative campaigns, developing branding strategies, and driving innovation in our projects. This individual will generate innovative concepts and ideas for both The thee Agency and its clients, positioning the Agency globally, and setting new market trends in the experiential event industry.Key Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with brand strategies for and resonate with target audiences.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and develop creative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.\xc2\xb7 Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior for events, festivals, and exhibitions to create effective brand strategies that differentiate our clients in their respective industries.\xc2\xb7 Conduct in-depth research to gain a deep understanding of clients\' industries, customers, and competitors. Utilize data and insights to inform creative decisions.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to bring ideas to life and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Communicate creative concepts and strategies effectively to clients, addressing their feedback and ensuring their vision is met.\xc2\xb7 Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to achieve client objectives.\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools to continually improve strategies and campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Develop strategies for positioning the Agency globally and winning awards for the Agency and its clients.\xc2\xb7 Disrupt the event ideas of our existing clients and set new market trends in the experiential event industry.\xc2\xb7 Perform research, analysis, feasibility studies, and leverage technology to innovate and disrupt the exhibitions and festivals services.\xc2\xb7 All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.Job Specification\xc2\xb7 5 - 7 years of proven experience in a creative strategy role, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior.\xc2\xb7 Excellent creative and strategic thinking abilities.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Data-driven mind-set with the ability to analyze and interpret data.\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and team management skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\xc2\xb7 Passion for creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for design.\xc2\xb7 Ability to be flexible and hands-on during high stress.\xc2\xb7 Must have experience disrupting the events industry, especially in the experiential event industry.\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.Thankyou for your application.
