We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated secretary to join our team. As a secretary, you will be responsible for supporting our office and ensuring its smooth operation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to our office.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents.
• Maintain filing systems and databases.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
