to lead our team, maintain high service standards, and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

? Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
? Train, manage, and motivate restaurant staff.
? Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer feedback.
? Monitor inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
? Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.
? Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
? Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and UAE regulations.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multitask.
