We at EBMS Real Estate Broker are looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our team.In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with the buying, selling,of Off Plan Properties tailored to their needs and preferences. We understand the industry's challenges, particularly the need for fresh, qualified leads. To tackle this, we provide personalized leads generated from dedicated social media campaigns targeting premium markets such as the UK, Europe, and India.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 Year of Proven Experience in Real Estate Sales (Dubai experience preferred)

Demonstrated Track Record of Success in Real Estate Sales

Achievement of Monthly and Quarterly Sales Targets

Roles & responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling of off Plan Properties properties according to Clients requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and advice on property investments and market trends.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify lucrative real estate investment opportunities.
• Stay informed on the latest real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other key industry stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to juggle multiple clients and tasks.
• Fluency in English and any additional languages spoken in the local market.
• Candidates must be currently in the UAE to attend an in-person interview.
