As an Experienced Female Real Estate Sales Agent , you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties in Dubai. You will manage client relationships, conduct property showings, negotiate deals, and close transactions. This is a highly commission-based role with great earning potential, and we're looking for individuals who are driven, self-motivated, and have a proven track record in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
• Property Showings & Presentations: Lead property tours, showcasing the features of residential, commercial, and luxury properties to prospective buyers.
• Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about the latest market trends, pricing strategies, new developments, and community details in Dubai's real estate market.
• Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate offers, facilitate contract agreements, and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
• Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing efforts.
• Administrative Support: Manage contracts, documentation, and follow-ups through all stages of the transaction process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments (marketing, legal, and customer service) to ensure smooth operations and a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on Dubai's property market.
• Real Estate License: Must hold a valid UAE Real Estate License (RERA Certification) or be willing to obtain it within a specified time frame.
• Sales Expertise: Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals, handle objections, and exceed targets.
• Market Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including luxury, residential, and commercial properties.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, property portals, and other relevant software.
• Goal-Driven: Motivated and self-disciplined with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Professional Appearance: A polished and professional appearance is required.
• Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Driving license: Valid UAE driving license (with own car is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
• bachelors degree in any field.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and luxury real estate.
• Fluency in additional languages Russian, Chinese, French, English particularly Arabic, is an advantage.
• Existing network and leads in the Dubai real estate market.
