We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and property management, with a proven track record of successfully managing residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and dispute resolution
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed timely
- Handle financial aspects such as budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers
- Market and lease vacant properties
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and occupancy
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
