We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires a creative professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for capturing the essence of luxury real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both photography and videography, specifically within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, showcasing their unique features and selling points.

- Edit and enhance images and videos to ensure they meet our high standards and are ready for marketing use.

- Work closely with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies.

- Utilize advanced photography and videography equipment, including drones, to capture a variety of perspectives.

- Maintain an organized database of all photographic and video assets.

- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve techniques to ensure cutting-edge content creation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a real estate photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

- Proficiency in photography and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

- Experience with drone photography/videography and a valid drone operator's license (preferred).

- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and framing in both photography and videography.

- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate photography and videography.

- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by property availability.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
