Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values.

Negotiate offers and handle all related paperwork.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid real estate license or certification, if applicable.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
