We are looking for motivated and skilled Property Consultant(s), with a proven track record in the Dubai Real Estate Market, to join our diverse team. We provide continuous training to agents with training sessions focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the Dubai real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Prospecting for potential new clients \xc2\xb7 Actively seek out new business and build a client base through networking and referrals. \xc2\xb7 Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client\'s criteria. \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on real estate trends in the UAE market. \xc2\xb7 Identify clients\' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements. \xc2\xb7 Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the buying/selling/renting process. \xc2\xb7 Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients and provide ongoing support. \xc2\xb7 Updating CRM database \xc2\xb7 Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation. Role Requirements and Skills Required: \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Dubai\'s property market, including key areas and market dynamics. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
