WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FOR YOUR SUCCESS: Team management: You are the contact person for technical and sales issues for the employees on site Site management: You keep an eye on operations and ensure that everyday office life runs smoothly in a positive working atmosphere Acquisition: With our help you can build up targeted customer relationships so that you have access to a large network Accompaniment: Through sympathy, empathy and commitment you will inspire both owners and prospective buyers. Viewings become highlights Notarization: After you have found a suitable buyer, you "close the deal" and prepare the notarization Party: We celebrate your successes with you! Ideal Candidate
  • Have strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, mortgage rates, fees, service charges, competitors,..etc.
  • Ability to attend transfer meetings to close out transactions
  • Leverage your clientele, achieve monthly sales/lease targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability
  • Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer experience
  • Valid UAE Driving license
  • Based in UAE
