Experienced Real Estate Admin-FEMALE Full job description SAMA EZDAN currently has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Real Estate Admin. The Candidate should have a minimum of 3 Years Experience in the Same Position. The Successful Candidate should be available to join immediately and should meet all the below requirements. Minimum Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Must have 3 Years Real Estate Admin Experience. \xc2\xb7 Must be well versed with Trakheesi System and Dubai Rest. \xc2\xb7 Must have hands on experience with Propspace, Mycrm and Broker pad. \xc2\xb7 Must have excellent knowledge and hands on experience with Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle. \xc2\xb7 Must be Able to work independently and as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills. The Role: \xc3\x98 Creating, Editing, Updating and Publishing listings on Property Finder, Dubizzle and Bayut thru the relevant CRMs. \xc3\x98 Obtaining the Trakheesi Permits for all advertisements. \xc3\x98 Registering and Renewing Agreements with the respected Developers. \xc3\x98 Managing listings on Property Finder, Dubizzle and Bayut. Ensuring High Quality Scores for each listing and ensuring that all listings are verified and true checked. \xc3\x98 Ensure proper documentation, proper descriptions, good quality of photos of listings before go-live to property portals - Bayut, Property Finder. \xc3\x98 Drafting and Creating Contract A, Contract B, Contract F, MOU, NOC, Form I and other property related contracts online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure that the deal is closed as quickly as possible. \xc3\x98 Drafting Tenancy Contract and Addendum for New and Renewal properties. Ensuring both tenant and Landlord documents are complete and updated on the CRM system. \xc3\x98 Ensure that listing documents are done within compliance guidelines and correctly updated onto the internal CRM. \xc3\x98 Prepare weekly listing report Ensure all the listing information is accurate, Coordinate with the agents in terms of unit availability and marketing, ensuring only available properties are advertised. \xc3\x98 Registering and Renewing Agreements with the respected Developers. \xc3\x98 Coordinate with developers to obtain NOC and agents access to the developers online portal. \xc3\x98 Advertise sales of properties using various mediums like open houses, multiple listing services, and networking. \xc3\x98 Keep up to date with new launches and projects. \xc3\x98 Ensure exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and face to face and update the company phone directory by keeping record of all the incoming calls in the call log sheet. \xc3\x98 Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary. \xc3\x98 Build good working relationship among Brokers and Clients and Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients. \xc3\x98 Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents, and details as necessary \xc3\x98 A high level of determination and work ethics. \xc3\x98 Assist in producing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build brand image. \xc3\x98 Induction of Company Policies, Procedures, Forms, Access to the relevant systems, and explaining the processes. \xc3\x98 Screening the documents as per guidelines provided by TFS and GoAML. \xc3\x98 Excellent time management and organizational skills. \xc3\x98 Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. \xc3\x98 Punctual and presentative with a good personality. \xc3\x98 Maintaining property files & Mail management. Skills: \xc3\x98 Sales skills - ability to negotiate and persuade well. \xc3\x98 Proficient in the use of the computer with Microsoft tools (ex.
