We are currently seeking a Property Consultant to join our Emirates Living team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties within the Emirates Living community. The role involves networking with potential clients, conducting property viewings and inspections, preparing market analysis, negotiating terms and conditions, and providing expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options. We're looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about real estate and driven to provide top-tier service.

Requirements

Exceptional consulting and communication skills More than 1 year of experience in Real Estate Emirates Living Real Estate experience Demonstrated sales achievements and strong negotiation abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms Real Estate and/or Property Management certification is a plus Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous Valid UAE driver's license preferred
