We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our prestigious restaurant and karaoke club "Molodost\'." The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite desserts and pastries, with a strong background in both traditional and modern techniques. They should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Develop and create innovative dessert and pastry menus that complement our restaurant\'s offerings.- Oversee the production of all baked goods, pastries, and desserts, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure freshness and availability.- Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.- Train and mentor pastry kitchen staff in best practices, techniques, and safety protocols.- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant or bakery.- Strong knowledge of both traditional and modern pastry techniques.- Proven track record of creating innovative and visually appealing desserts.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Passion for pastry arts and a commitment to excellence.Work Schedule:- 6 days per week, 9-hour shiftsBenefits:- Accommodation provided- Visa and insurance provided- Meals during shifts
